Insane left-right

Definition:

The INSANE RIGHT-LEFT is a reversing INSANE. As the first rotation ends, an Insane in the opposite direction is performed. Then another one in the direction of the first rotation. The start direction is free (could be left or right). At least 3 Insanes.

Key elements:

Minimum three rotations (e.g., right, left, right). Constant speed and movement. Vertical (straight-line) descent.

Judges view:

The speed should be the same for each of the rotations. OUT is deliberate. 5 Insanes needed for an EXCELLENT score. As an imposed trick: NO landing! In the ballet, it is allowed to land after the trick (e.g. spike, two-points-landing etc)

Most common errors:

Pause between Insanes, changes in speed.
