CASCADE MULTI LAZY
Definition:
Do a multi lazy with 3 rotations, immediately followed by a multi lazy in the other direction (again 3 rotations), immediately followed by a multi lazy in the same direction as the first multi lazy.
Points of attention:
Flat rotations, constant speed, on the spot, straight up OUT
Judges view:
Flat rotations, constant speed, no pauze between the multi lazies, on the spot, straight up out
