Definition:

From a horizontal line start with a rolling susan immediately followed by a half axel,  repeat this 3 times or more, out horizontal line.

Points of attention:

Minimal 3 rolling suzan’s, constant rhythm, no altitude loss, no flying between the elements, flat rotations.
